Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
मृगाः प्रशमयन्ति एते संतापः त्यज्यताम् अयम् ।
तेषाम् संवदताम् तत्र वायुः प्रादुर् बभूव ह ॥ ॥१-७४-१३॥
Mṛgāḥ praśamayanti ete santāpaḥ tyajyatām ayam |
Teṣām saṃvadatām tatra vāyuḥ prādur babhūva ha ॥1-74-13॥
Translation
"But these animals act to pacify that fear; therefore, give up this anxiety." While they were conversing thus, a (terrible) wind suddenly arose.
हिंदी अनुवाद
"(परंतु) ये मृग उस भय को शांत कर रहे हैं (अर्थात् अंत अच्छा होगा), इसलिए इस संताप (चिंता) को छोड़ दीजिये।" जब वे आपस में बात कर ही रहे थे, तभी वहां (भयानक) आंधी चलने लगी।
English Commentary
Vashistha completes the interpretation: the danger is real, but the auspicious movement of the deer mitigates it ("Prashamayanti"), guaranteeing a safe conclusion. He advises the King to abandon his grief. However, the prophecy manifests immediately. As they speak, a violent wind ("Vayu") erupts. This abrupt shift from conversation to environmental chaos marks the physical arrival of the threat Vashistha just predicted.

वशिष्ठ जी भविष्यवाणी पूरी करते हैं: खतरा बड़ा है, लेकिन मृगों के दाहिनी ओर चलने का अर्थ है कि वह खतरा 'प्रशमयन्ति' (शांत हो जाएगा)। इसलिए वे राजा को चिंता त्यागने ('संतापः त्यज्यताम्') को कहते हैं। अभी बात चल ही रही थी कि प्रकृति ने अपना रौद्र रूप दिखाना शुरू कर दिया—'वायुः प्रादुर् बभूव' (आंधी प्रकट हो गई)। यह 'क्लाइमेक्स' की शुरुआत है। वातावरण में अचानक बदलाव परशुराम के आगमन का 'स्पेशल इफेक्ट' है।
