ऋत्विग्भिः उपसंदिष्टो यथावत् क्रतुर् आप्यताम् ।

English Commentary
This shloka is the central command given by King Dasharatha to his ministers, setting the bureaucratic wheels in motion for the Ashwamedha Yajna. The King's Epithet (नृप शार्दूलः - Nṛpa Śārdūlaḥ): The King is described as the "Tiger among Men." This heroic epithet is used when the King is acting decisively and with great authority.
