त्वया तस्य निरस्तस्य पीडितस्य विशेषतः ।
इह एत्य पुनर् आह्वानम् शंकाम् जनयति इव मे ॥४-१५-११॥
tvayā tasya nirastasya pīḍitasya viśeṣataḥ । iha etya punar āhvānam śaṃkām janayati iva me ॥ ॥4-15-11॥
Translation
His returning here and challenging again, especially after being defeated and severely battered by you, generates a doubt in me.

आपके द्वारा हराए गए और विशेष रूप से पीड़ित किए गए उस सुग्रीव का यहाँ आकर पुनः ललकारना, मेरे मन में शंका उत्पन्न कर रहा है।
English Commentary
Here Tara articulates the core of her apprehension. The keywords are pīḍitasya viśeṣataḥ (especially since he was severely hurt). A broken enemy returning so soon for a rematch is unnatural. This anomaly generates śaṃkām (doubt/suspicion) in her mind. She is trying to communicate that this is a trap. Her ability to deduce hidden threats from behavioral changes places her among the wisest characters in the Ramayana.

यह तारा की राजनीतिक सूझबूझ का शिखर है। 'शंकाम् जनयति' (शंका पैदा करता है)। सामान्य बुद्धि कहती है कि घायल शत्रु छिपता है, ललकारता नहीं। यदि वह ललकार रहा है, तो समीकरण बदल गया है। तारा समझ गई है कि सुग्रीव अब अकेला नहीं है। वह वाली को चेता रही है कि यह सामान्य द्वंद्वयुद्ध नहीं है, इसके पीछे कोई गहरा षड्यंत्र या बड़ी शक्ति है।
