कपी पत्न्या वचः श्रुत्वा कपयः काम रूपिणः ।
प्राप्त कालम् अविश्लिष्टम् ऊचुर् वचनम् अंगनाम् ॥४-१९-१०॥
kapi patnyā vacaḥ shrutvā kapayaḥ kāma rūpiṇaḥ । prāpta kālam avishliṣṭam ūcur vacanam aṃganām ॥ ॥4-19-10॥
Translation
Hearing the words of the Monkey King's wife, the monkeys who could change their form at will spoke words to that lady that were appropriate for the occasion and coherent.
हिंदी अनुवाद
वानरराज की पत्नी के वचन सुनकर, कामरूपी (इच्छानुसार रूप बदलने वाले) वानरों ने उस वीरांगना से समय के अनुकूल और उचित वचन कहे।
English Commentary
The monkeys respond to their queen. Despite their magical ability ('kamarupinah'), they are grounded in the grim reality of the moment. Their response is described as 'prapta kalam' (timely/opportune) and 'avishlishtam' (coherent/unconfused). They advise her not based on sentiment, but on survival logic. They realize that with Vali gone, the priority must shift from fighting to securing the succession and the safety of the royal family inside the citadel.

वानर, तारा के प्रश्नों का उत्तर देते हैं। यहाँ उन्हें 'काम रूपिणः' कहा गया है, जो उनकी शक्ति को दर्शाता है, लेकिन अभी वे भयभीत हैं। उनका उत्तर 'प्राप्त कालम्' (समय के अनुकूल) है—अर्थात वे अब भावनाओं में नहीं बह रहे, बल्कि व्यावहारिकता (pragmatism) की बात कर रहे हैं। वे तारा को युद्धभूमि में जाने से रोकना चाहते हैं और सुरक्षा की बात करते हैं। यह दर्शाता है कि सैनिक अब युद्ध को समाप्त मान चुके हैं और 'डैमेज कंट्रोल' (नुकसान की भरपाई) के मोड में हैं।
