विसर्जय एनान् सचिवान् यथा उचितम् अरिन्दम ।
ततः क्रीडामहे सर्वा वनेषु मदनोत्कटाः ॥ ॥४-२५-४७॥
Visarjaya enān sacivān yathā ucitam arindama । Tataḥ krīḍāmahe sarvā vaneṣu madanotkaṭāḥ ॥ ॥4-25-47॥
Translation
"O tamer of enemies, dismiss these ministers according to protocol. Then, we shall all sport with you in the forests, heightened by passion."
हिंदी अनुवाद
"हे अरिंदम! आप यथोचित रूप से इन मंत्रियों को विदा कीजिये। फिर हम सब (स्त्रियाँ) कामदेव के मद में उत्कट होकर वनों में आपके साथ क्रीड़ा करेंगी।"
English Commentary
This verse marks a peak in Tara's grief, crossing into delirium. For a moment, she denies the reality of death, imagining Vali is simply holding court. She asks him to dismiss the ministers so they can return to their intimate pleasures in the forest. The phrase "madanotkaṭāḥ" (intoxicated with passion) contrasts sharply with the funeral setting, highlighting the psychological fracture caused by her immense loss. She retreats into memories of happier times.

यह श्लोक तारा के विलाप का सबसे करुण क्षण है, जहाँ वह मानसिक संतुलन खो बैठती है (प्रलाप)। वह क्षण भर के लिए मृत्यु को भूल जाती है और कल्पना करती है कि वाली जीवित है। वह उसे मंत्रियों को 'डिस्मिस' करने को कहती है ताकि वे एकांत में विहार कर सकें। 'मदनोत्कटाः' (काम से उन्मत्त) शब्द उस सुखद अतीत की याद दिलाता है जब वे वनों में विहार करते थे। यह वास्तविकता से पलायन की एक चरम अवस्था है।
