संविधास्यति कार्याणि सर्वाणि ससुहृत् गणः।
स्नातो अयम् विविधैर् गन्धैर् औषधैः च यथा विधि ॥ ॥४-२६-६॥
Saṃvidhāsyati kāryāṇi sarvāṇi sasuhṛt gaṇaḥ। Snāto ayam vividhair gandhair auṣadhaiḥ ca yathā vidhi ॥ ॥4-26-6॥
Translation
"He (Sugriva) has bathed in accordance with the rituals using various scents and medicinal herbs. Now, along with his circle of friends, he will manage all the affairs of the state."

"इसने (सुग्रीव ने) विधिपूर्वक विविध गंधों और औषधियों से स्नान कर लिया है। अब यह अपने मित्रगणों के साथ मिलकर सभी राज-काज की व्यवस्था करेगा।"
English Commentary
Hanuman confirms Sugriva's readiness. The mention of bathing with "scents and herbs" indicates a ritual purification, transitioning Sugriva from the pollution of death (sutak) to the purity required for coronation. Hanuman assures Rama that Sugriva, supported by his ministers, is composed and ready to govern ("manage all affairs"). This signals the restoration of order in Kishkindha.
