न अधस्तात् अवनौ न अप्सु गतिः न उपरि च अम्बरे ।
कस्यचित् सज्जते अस्माकम् कपीश्वर तव आज्ञया ॥ ॥४-२९-२६॥
Na adhastāt avanau na apsu gatiḥ na upari ca ambare |
Kasyacit sajjate asmākam kapīśvara tava ājñayā ॥4-29-26॥
Translation
"O Lord of Monkeys! Under your command, the movement of any of us is not obstructed in the nether regions, on earth, in the waters, or high in the sky."
हिंदी अनुवाद
"हे कपीश्वर! आपकी आज्ञा होने पर, हम लोगों की गति न पाताल में, न पृथ्वी पर, न जल में और न ही ऊपर आकाश में कहीं भी रुकती (बाधित होती) है।"
English Commentary
Having urged the King to command, Hanuman now assures him of the troops' readiness and capability. He asserts that the Vanara army possesses supernatural mobility—unhindered in the subterranean worlds, on earth, in water, or in the sky. This removes any logistical excuse for inaction. By attributing this unstoppable nature to Tava ajnaya (your command), Hanuman empowers Sugriva, suggesting that the King's word acts as the catalyst for this boundless energy.
हिंदी टीका
अब हनुमान जी वानर सेना की क्षमता (Capability) का बखान कर रहे हैं। वे सुग्रीव को आश्वस्त कर रहे हैं कि यदि वे आदेश दें, तो वानर सेना उस आदेश का पालन करने में पूरी तरह सक्षम है। वानरों की गति अबाध है—वे जल, थल, नभ और पाताल में भी जा सकते हैं। 'तव आज्ञया' (आपकी आज्ञा से) कहकर हनुमान जी यह दर्शा रहे हैं कि शक्ति वानरों में है, लेकिन उसका 'स्विच' सुग्रीव के पास है। यह सुग्रीव के आत्मविश्वास को बढ़ाने के लिए है।
