यथा सेना समग्रा मे यूथपालाः च सर्वशः ।
समागच्छन्ति असंगेन सेनाग्राणि तथा कुरु ॥ ॥४-२९-३०॥
Yathā senā samagrā me yūthapālāḥ ca sarvaśaḥ |
Samāgacchanti asaṃgena senāgrāṇi tathā kuru ॥4-29-30॥
Translation
"(Sugriva said to Nila:) Act in such a way that my entire army and the troop leaders from everywhere assemble without delay/obstruction, along with the vanguard/elite troops."

"(सुग्रीव ने नील से कहा:) ऐसा प्रबंध करो जिससे मेरी सम्पूर्ण सेना और सभी यूथपाल (सेनानायक) शीघ्रता से (बिना किसी रुकावट/विलंब के) एकत्र हो जाएं; और मुख्य सैनिक टुकड़ियाँ भी आ जाएं।"

यह सुग्रीव का नील को विशिष्ट आदेश (Specific Instruction) है। 'असंगेन' का अर्थ है 'बिना संग के' यानी बिना किसी आसक्ति या रुकावट के, या इसका अर्थ 'शीघ्रता से' भी लिया जाता है। सुग्रीव चाहते हैं कि केवल भीड़ न आए, बल्कि 'यूथपालाः' (Commanders) और 'सेनाग्राणि' (Elite troops/Vanguard) भी आएं। यह युद्ध की तैयारी है, इसलिए केवल संख्या नहीं, बल्कि नेतृत्व और गुणवत्ता भी महत्वपूर्ण है। सुग्रीव अब पूरी तरह से सेनापति की भूमिका में हैं।
