ये तु अंतपालाः प्लवगाः शीघ्रगा व्यवसायिनः ।
समानयंतु ते शीघ्रम् त्वरिताः शासनात् मम ।
स्वयम् च अनंतरम् सैन्यम् भवान् एव अनुपश्यतु ॥ ॥४-२९-३१॥
ye tu antapālāḥ plavagāḥ śīghragā vyavasāyinaḥ |
samānayantu te śīghram tvaritāḥ śāsanāt mama |
svayam ca anantaram sainyam bhavān eva anupaśyatu ॥4-29-31॥
Translation
"Let those monkeys who guard the frontiers, who are swift-moving and industrious, bring the entire army here quickly at my command. And immediately thereafter, you yourself must personally inspect the forces."

जो सीमा रक्षक (अंतपाल) वानर तीव्र गति वाले और उद्योगी (परिश्रमी) हैं, वे मेरी आज्ञा से शीघ्रतापूर्वक सारी सेना को यहाँ ले आएँ। उसके तत्काल पश्चात आप स्वयं भी सेना का निरीक्षण करें।
English Commentary
Here, we see Sugriva's activation as a king and his administrative capability. With the rainy season over and having received Lakshmana's warning, Sugriva is no longer in a mood for delay. He gives clear instructions to his commander (Nila) to use the 'Antapalas' (frontier guards) to mobilize the Vanara army. The use of the word 'vyavasāyinaḥ' (industrious/resolute) indicates that only those monkeys who are diligent are suited for this mobilization task. Sugriva also ensures that the commander personally inspects the gathered forces, illustrating a policy of checks and balances in military organization. This verse highlights the Vanara King's seriousness and the readiness for the upcoming war.
