एवम् गुण गणैर् युक्ता यस्य स्युः कार्य साधकाः ।
तस्य सिद्ध्यन्ति सर्वेऽर्था दूत वाक्य प्रचोदिताः ॥ ॥४-३-३५॥
Evam guṇa gaṇair yuktā yasya syuḥ kārya sādhakāḥ । Tasya siddhyanti sarve'rthā dūta vākya pracoditāḥ ॥ ॥4-3-35॥
Translation
A king who has such accomplished agents endowed with these multitudes of virtues sees all his objectives succeed, driven merely by the words of his envoy.
हिंदी अनुवाद
जिसके पास ऐसे (हनुमान जैसे) गुणों से युक्त कार्यसाधक (दूत/मंत्री) हों, उस राजा के सभी प्रयोजन केवल दूत की बातचीत से ही सिद्ध हो जाते हैं।
English Commentary
Sri Rama expands on the previous thought, suggesting that war is often a last resort; a superior envoy can turn difficult situations in his favor through the power of speech alone. Hanuman possesses a rare combination of intellect, humility, and logic. Rama implies that Sugriva (who has a minister like Hanuman) certainly holds the potential to be a successful king. This verse offers a timeless lesson in leadership and management: success depends not only on the leader but heavily on the competence of their delegates. The phrase 'dūta vākya pracoditāḥ' emphasizes that articulate speech carries a power capable of achieving goals without lifting a weapon.

श्री राम पिछले श्लोक के विचार को ही आगे बढ़ा रहे हैं। उनका मानना है कि युद्ध अंतिम विकल्प होता है; एक श्रेष्ठ दूत अपनी वाणी के प्रभाव से ही कठिन परिस्थितियों को अपने पक्ष में कर सकता है। हनुमान जी के पास बुद्धि, विनय और तर्क का अद्भुत संगम है। राम यह संकेत दे रहे हैं कि सुग्रीव (जिसके पास हनुमान जैसा मंत्री है) निश्चित रूप से एक सफल राजा बनने की क्षमता रखता है। यह श्लोक प्रबंधन (Management) का एक बड़ा सूत्र है: सफलता नेतृत्वकर्ता के साथ-साथ उसके अधीन काम करने वाले लोगों की योग्यता पर भी निर्भर करती है। 'दूत वाक्य प्रचोदिताः' का अर्थ है कि वाणी में वह शक्ति है जो बिना शस्त्र उठाए कार्य सिद्ध कर सकती है।
