Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
सुग्रीवस्य गृहम् रम्यम् प्रविवेश महाबलः ।
अवार्यमाणः सौमित्रिः महाअभ्रम् इव भास्करः ॥४-३३-१८॥
Sugrīvasya gṛham ramyam praviveśa mahābalaḥ । Avāryamāṇaḥ saumitriḥ mahāabhram iva bhāskaraḥ ॥ ॥4-33-18॥
Translation
The mighty son of Sumitra entered Sugriva's beautiful palace. Being unstoppable, he entered like the sun entering a massive cloud.
हिंदी अनुवाद
महाबली सुमित्रा-नंदन (लक्ष्मण) ने सुग्रीव के सुंदर महल में प्रवेश किया। उन्हें कोई रोक नहीं सका (अवार्यमाणः), जैसे सूर्य विशाल बादल में प्रवेश करता है।
English Commentary
The climax of the approach: entry. The guards described in the previous verse do not act. Lakshmana is Avaryamanah (unchecked/unstopped). His aura of righteous anger acts as a pass.
The simile is profound: Lakshmana is the Bhaskara (Sun/Light source) entering Maha abhram (Great cloud). The palace, with all its sensory pleasures, is like a dense cloud obscuring the dharma. Lakshmana enters as the piercing light of truth and duty. Just as a cloud cannot physically block the sun from entering its space, the material defenses of Kishkindha cannot bar the force of Lakshmana’s will.

यह एक अत्यंत शक्तिशाली श्लोक है। 'अवार्यमाणः' (न रोके जाते हुए) शब्द बताता है कि द्वार पर खड़े सशस्त्र रक्षक (Verse 17) लक्ष्मण के तेज के आगे नतमस्तक हो गए या हट गए। किसी ने उन्हें रोकने का साहस नहीं किया।
उपमा 'महाअभ्रम् इव भास्करः' (जैसे सूर्य बादल में प्रवेश करता है) बहुत सटीक है। महल (बादल) विशाल और अंधकारमय (भोग-विलास से ढका) हो सकता है, लेकिन लक्ष्मण (सूर्य) अपने तेज से उसे भेद देते हैं। सूर्य को बादल रोक नहीं सकते, वे बस उसे ढाँक सकते हैं, लेकिन यहाँ सूर्य बादलों को चीरते हुए भीतर जा रहा है।
