आगता हि महा वीर्या हरयः काम रूपिणः ।
कोटि शत सहस्राणि नाना नग निवासिनः ॥ ॥४-३३-६०॥

koṭi śata sahasrāṇi nānā naga nivāsinaḥ ॥4-33-60॥
Translation
Indeed, millions and hundreds of thousands of monkeys, possessing great valor and capable of assuming any form at will, have arrived from various mountains.

भिन्न पर्वतों पर निवास करने वाले, इच्छा अनुसार रूप धारण करने वाले, महावीर्यवान करोड़ों और लाखों वानर (किष्किन्धा में) आ चुके हैं।
English Commentary
Tara provides concrete details about the mobilization to validate her previous claim. She describes the arriving army with specific attributes: they are 'kāma rūpiṇaḥ' (shapeshifters), 'mahā vīryā' (of great valor), and numbering in the millions ('koṭi śata sahasrāṇi'). By emphasizing the sheer scale and supernatural capabilities of the troops gathered from diverse mountains, she assures Lakshmana that the delay was utilized to gather a force capable of fighting Ravana. This is intended to shift Lakshmana's mindset from frustration over the delay to anticipation of the upcoming campaign. It serves as proof of Sugriva's loyalty and logistical competence, even if he himself was invisible to Rama and Lakshmana during this period.
