त्वत् सहाय निमित्तम् हि प्रेषिता हरिपुंगवाः ।
आनेतुम् वानरान् युद्धे रविवारण हरिपुंगवान् ॥ ॥४-३५-१९॥
Tvat sahāya nimittam hi preṣitā haripuṅgavāḥ । Ānetum vānarān yuddhe subahūn haripuṅgavān ॥ ॥4-35-19॥
Translation
Indeed, for your assistance, chief monkeys have (already) been sent to bring many powerful monkeys for the battle.

आपकी सहायता के लिए ही, बहुत से शक्तिशाली वानरों को युद्ध के लिए बुलाने हेतु श्रेष्ठ वानर दूत (पहले ही) भेजे जा चुके हैं।
English Commentary
This is the pivotal revelation in Tara's speech. After placating Lakshmana emotionally and justifying the delay strategically, she delivers the hard fact that exonerates Sugriva: the mobilization order has already been given. She informs him that emissaries ("Haripungavah") have been dispatched to gather the monkey armies. This directly contradicts Lakshmana's assumption that Sugriva has done nothing. By revealing that the machinery of war is already in motion, she effectively renders Lakshmana's anger obsolete, proving that while Sugriva was enjoying himself, the necessary commands for Rama's cause had indeed been issued.

यह तारा के तर्क का 'क्लाइमेक्स' है। अब तक वह सुग्रीव के बचाव और युद्ध की कठिनाई पर बात कर रही थीं, लेकिन अब वह तथ्य (fact) सामने रखती हैं। वह बताती हैं कि सुग्रीव निष्क्रिय नहीं बैठे थे; उन्होंने 'हरिपुंगवाः' (वानर श्रेष्ठ/दूत) पहले ही चारों दिशाओं में भेज दिए हैं ताकि सेना इकट्ठी की जा सके। यह श्लोक लक्ष्मण के क्रोध के मुख्य कारण (कि सुग्रीव ने कुछ नहीं किया) को ही समाप्त कर देता है। तारा यह सिद्ध करती हैं कि सुग्रीव विलास में डूबे होने के बावजूद अपने कर्तव्य को पूरी तरह नहीं भूले थे, और कार्यवाई शुरू हो चुकी है।
