किम् तु शीघ्रम् इतो वीर निष्क्राम त्वम् मया सह ।
सान्त्वयस्व वयस्यम् च भार्या हरण दुःखितम् ॥ ॥४-३६-१९॥
Kim tu śīghram ito vīra niṣkrāma tvam mayā saha |
Sāntvayasva vayasyam ca bhāryā haraṇa duḥkhitam ॥4-36-19॥
Translation
But now, O Hero, come out quickly from here with me and console your friend who is grieving the abduction of his wife.

किन्तु हे वीर! अब आप मेरे साथ यहाँ से शीघ्र चलिए और पत्नी के अपहरण से दुखी अपने मित्र (श्रीराम) को सांत्वना दीजिये।
English Commentary
Having restored the relationship, Lakshmana pivots back to the urgent task at hand. The transition "But now" (Kim tu) signals the end of discourse and the beginning of action. He asks Sugriva to leave the palace immediately. Crucially, the request is not just to "report for duty," but to "console your friend" (Santvayasva vayasyam). This emphasizes the personal nature of the plea—Rama needs emotional support from his friend just as much as military support from the King.

प्रशंसा और क्षमा के बाद, लक्ष्मण मूल उद्देश्य पर लौटते हैं: 'कार्यवाई'। 'किम् तु' (लेकिन) लगाकर वे कहते हैं कि बातें बहुत हो गईं, अब 'शीघ्र' (जल्दी) चलने का समय है। लक्ष्मण सुग्रीव से कहते हैं कि राम को सेना से ज्यादा एक 'मित्र' की जरूरत है जो उन्हें सांत्वना दे सके। सुग्रीव का कर्तव्य केवल लड़ना नहीं, बल्कि राम के दुख को कम करना भी है।
