प्रेषिताः प्रथमम् ये च मया आज्ञाताः महाजवाः ।
त्वरण अर्थम् तु भूयः त्वम् संप्रेषय हरीश्वरान् ॥ ॥४-३७-१०॥
preṣitāḥ prathamam ye ca mayā ājñātāḥ mahājavāḥ । tvaraṇa artham tu bhūyaḥ tvam saṃpreṣaya harīśvarān ॥ ॥4-37-10॥
Translation
For the sake of acceleration, send other Vanara leaders again to those very swift ones who were already sent by my command earlier.

जो महावेगशाली वानर मेरी आज्ञा से पहले ही भेजे जा चुके हैं, उन्हें (उनके कार्य में) और जल्दी करने के लिए तुम फिर से अन्य वानर-पतियों (हरीश्वरों) को भेजो।
English Commentary
This verse illustrates intense urgency and a layered chain of command. Sugriva notes that messengers were already sent (prathamam preshitah), but to ensure maximum speed (tvarana artham), he orders Hanuman to send more high-ranking Vanara lords (harishvaran) to hurry up the first batch. This is a classic management strategy of reinforcing orders to prevent complacency. Sugriva acts here not just as a king issuing a decree, but as a commander ensuring execution. He implies that the initial pace is no longer sufficient given Lakshmana's ultimatum; the mobilization must be accelerated immediately by applying pressure on the existing messengers.
