इति एवम् उक्त्वा हनुमान् श्लक्ष्णम् मधुरया गिरा ।
बभाषे साधु गच्छामः सुग्रीवम् इति राघवम् ॥ ॥४-४-२९॥
Iti evam uktvā hanumān ślakṣṇam madhurayā girā । Babhāṣe sādhu gacchāmaḥ sugrīvam iti rāghavam ॥ ॥4-4-29॥
Translation
Having spoken thus, Hanuman, in a smooth and sweet voice, said to Raghava: "Excellent! Let us go to Sugriva."
हिंदी अनुवाद
ऐसा कहकर हनुमान ने मधुर और कोमल वाणी में राघव (राम) से कहा— "बहुत अच्छा (साधु), चलिए हम सुग्रीव के पास चलते हैं।"
English Commentary
The time for dialogue ends; the time for action begins. Hanuman proposes the next step in a gentle ('ślakṣṇam') voice. 'Sādhu gacchāmaḥ' ("Good, let us go") is a decisive phrase. This moment is a major turning point in the Ramayana. Until now, the princes were alone; from this point forward, they are allied with the Vanaras. Hanuman takes the initiative to lead the way, showcasing his readiness and decision-making capability.

अब बातचीत का समय समाप्त हुआ और कर्म (Action) का समय शुरू हुआ। हनुमान जी 'श्लक्ष्णम्' (विनम्र/कोमल) वाणी में प्रस्ताव रखते हैं। 'साधु गच्छामः' (साधु = ठीक है/अच्छा है; गच्छामः = हम चलते हैं) एक निर्णायक वाक्य है। यह क्षण रामायण का एक 'टर्निंग पॉइंट' है। अब तक राम और लक्ष्मण अकेले थे, अब से वे वानर सेना के साथ होंगे। हनुमान ने पहल करके नेतृत्व किया है, जो उनकी तत्परता और निर्णय लेने की क्षमता को दर्शाता है।
