सर्व काम फलैः वृक्षैः सर्व काल मनोहरैः ।
तत्र भुक्त्वा वर अर्हाणि मूलानि च फलानि च ॥ ॥४-४१-३३॥
Sarva kāma phalaiḥ vṛkṣaiḥ sarva kāla manoharaiḥ । Tatra bhuktvā vara arhāṇi mūlāni ca phalāni ca ॥ ॥4-41-33॥
Translation
There are trees that yield fruits fulfilling all desires and remain beautiful in all seasons. After eating the excellent roots and fruits available there, you should proceed.
हिंदी अनुवाद
वहां सभी प्रकार की कामनाओं को पूर्ण करने वाले फलों से लदे और हर ऋतु में मन को हरने वाले वृक्ष हैं। वहां के श्रेष्ठ और उत्तम कंद-मूल तथा फलों को खाकर तुम आगे बढ़ना।
English Commentary
After describing the arduous trek, Sugriva points out a location for sustenance and recovery. The flora on Mount Vaidyuta is described as divine; the trees bear fruits that fulfill all desires ('sarva kama phalaiḥ') and remain enchanting throughout all seasons ('sarva kala manoharaih'). This implies a paradise-like environment amidst the rugged terrain. Sugriva instructs the Vanaras to partake of the excellent roots and fruits found there. This demonstrates Sugriva's capability as a commander—he balances the urgency of the mission with the physiological needs of his troops, ensuring they remain fed and energized for the journey ahead.

कठिन यात्रा के बाद, सुग्रीव अब अपने सैनिकों के लिए विश्राम और भोजन के स्थान का वर्णन कर रहे हैं। वैद्युत पर्वत पर ऐसे दिव्य वृक्ष हैं जो 'सर्व काम फलैः' हैं, अर्थात वे न केवल भूख मिटाते हैं बल्कि वांछित स्वाद या तृप्ति भी प्रदान करते हैं। 'सर्व काल मनोहरैः' बताता है कि ये वृक्ष सदाबहार हैं और हर मौसम में सुंदर लगते हैं। यह स्थान वानरों के लिए एक पड़ाव की तरह है जहाँ वे अपनी ऊर्जा पुनः प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। सुग्रीव एक कुशल राजा की तरह न केवल लक्ष्य बता रहे हैं, बल्कि अपनी सेना के रसद और पोषण का भी ध्यान रख रहे हैं।
