तत्र सानुषु रम्येषु विशालासु गुहासु च ।
रावणः सह वैदेह्या मार्गितव्यः ततः ततः ॥ ॥४-४२-३२॥
Tatra sānuṣu ramyeṣu viśālāsu guhāsu ca । Rāvaṇaḥ saha vaidehyā mārgitavyaḥ tataḥ tataḥ ॥ ॥4-42-32॥
Translation
There, amidst the delightful peaks and within the massive caves, you must search everywhere for Ravana along with Vaidehi (Sita).

वहाँ उस पर्वत के रमणीय शिखरों पर और विशाल गुफाओं में तुम्हें रावण और विदेहराज की पुत्री (सीता) को स्थान-स्थान पर खोजना चाहिए।
English Commentary
Sugriva refocuses the attention of the Vanara army from the landscape to their primary objective. Despite the presence of the demon Naraka or the golden allure of the city, the task is to locate Ravana and Sita (Vaidehi). The instruction to search in 'delightful peaks' and 'massive caves' acknowledges the likely hiding spots used by a fugitive like Ravana. The repetition of tatah tatah (here and there / everywhere) implies a thorough, exhaustive search. It reinforces the idea that the search requires diligence and physical effort to inspect every potential concealment point within that rugged and mystical terrain.

सुग्रीव यहाँ अपने आदेश को अत्यंत स्पष्ट कर रहे हैं। पिछले श्लोकों में वर्णित भौगोलिक सुंदरता और खतरों के बीच, वानरों का मुख्य लक्ष्य विस्मृत नहीं होना चाहिए। 'रम्येषु' (सुंदर) शिखरों और 'विशालासु' (विशाल) गुफाओं का उल्लेख यह बताता है कि रावण जैसे मायावी राक्षस छिपने के लिए ऐसे ही दुर्गम और गुप्त स्थानों का उपयोग करते हैं। 'मार्गितव्यः' (खोजा जाना चाहिए) शब्द एक आज्ञा है, जिसमें ढिलाई की कोई गुंजाइश नहीं है। सुग्रीव वानरों को निर्देश दे रहे हैं कि वे केवल सरसरी तौर पर न देखें, बल्कि पर्वत के हर कोने, हर गुफा और हर शिखर की बारीकी से जाँच करें।
