इन्द्र लोक गता ये च ब्रह्म लोक गताः च ये ।
देवाः तम् समवेक्षन्ते गिरि राजम् दिवम् गताः ॥४-४३-५४॥
indra loka gatā ye ca brahma loka gatāḥ ca ye |
devāḥ tam samavekṣante giri rājam divam gatāḥ ॥4-43-54॥
Translation
The Devas who have attained Indra Loka and even those who have attained Brahma Loka gaze upon this King of Mountains from the heavens.
हिंदी अनुवाद
जो देवता इन्द्रलोक और ब्रह्मलोक को प्राप्त हो चुके हैं, वे स्वर्ग में स्थित होकर भी इस गिरिराज (सोमगिरि) को देखते रहते हैं (इसकी शोभा निहारते हैं)।
English Commentary
To emphasize the sanctity and magnitude of Somagiri, Sugriva notes that it commands the attention of the highest celestial beings. Denizens of Indra Loka and the supreme Brahma Loka gaze upon it. This implies that Somagiri exists on a plane that intersects with the higher heavens. It is not merely a mountain but a cosmic beacon revered even by those who have transcended the physical realm. The verse elevates the mountain from a geographical feature to a universal spiritual landmark.

सोमगिरि की महत्ता स्थापित करने के लिए सुग्रीव कहते हैं कि यह पर्वत केवल पृथ्वीवासियों के लिए ही नहीं, अपितु देवताओं के लिए भी दर्शनीय है। इन्द्रलोक और यहाँ तक कि सर्वोच्च 'ब्रह्मलोक' के निवासी भी उसे देखते हैं। यह दर्शाता है कि सोमगिरि की ऊँचाई और दीप्ति भौतिक सीमाओं से परे है। यह पर्वत संभवतः लोकों के बीच का वह सेतु है जहाँ से उच्च लोकों का दृश्य भी दिखाई देता है। यह स्थान की सर्वोच्च पवित्रता का प्रमाण है।
