सर्वम् एतत् विचेतव्यम् यन् मया परिकीर्तितम् ।
यत् अन्यत् अपि न उक्तम् च तत्र अपि क्रियताम् मतिः ॥४-४३-६०॥
sarvam etat vicetavyam yan mayā parikīrtitam |
yat anyat api na uktam ca tatra api kriyatām matiḥ ॥4-43-60॥
Translation
All this that has been described by me must be searched. And regarding that which has not been mentioned by me, you should apply your own mind/judgment there as well.

मैंने जो कुछ भी बताया है, उस सबका तुम्हें अन्वेषण (खोज) करना चाहिए। और जो कुछ (स्थान या विषय) मैंने नहीं भी कहा है, उस पर भी तुम लोग अपनी बुद्धि का प्रयोग करना।
English Commentary
This concluding verse of the section showcases Sugriva's enlightened leadership style. After providing detailed intelligence, he empowers his general, Satabala, with discretionary authority. The phrase 'yat anyat api na uktam' (whatever else has not been said) acknowledges that his map may be incomplete. By instructing them to use their own 'mati' (intellect/judgment) for the unforeseen, he trusts their competence to adapt to the ground reality, balancing strict orders with tactical flexibility.

यह अंतिम श्लोक सुग्रीव की नेतृत्व क्षमता (leadership) का उत्कृष्ट उदाहरण है। उन्होंने विस्तृत निर्देश दिए, लेकिन वे जानते हैं कि क्षेत्र में स्थितियां बदल सकती हैं। इसलिए, वे शतबली और उनके दल को 'कियताम् मतिः' (अपनी बुद्धि का प्रयोग करें) का अधिकार देते हैं। यह 'माइक्रो-मैनेजमेंट' के विपरीत 'कमांड मिशन' (mission command) का सिद्धांत है, जहाँ अधीनस्थ (subordinates) को निर्णय लेने की स्वतंत्रता दी जाती है ताकि वे अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों का सामना कर सकें।
