ततः कृतार्थाः सहिताः सबान्धवा मया अर्चिताः सर्व गुणैः मनो रमैः ।
चरिष्यथ उर्वीम् प्रतिशान्त शत्रवा अःसह प्रिया भूत धराः प्लवंगमाः ॥४-४३-६२॥
tataḥ kṛtārthāḥ sahitāḥ sabāndhavā mayā arcitāḥ sarva guṇaiḥ mano ramaiḥ |
cariṣyatha urvīm pratiśānta śatravā aḥsaha priyā bhūta dharāḥ plavaṃgamāḥ ॥4-43-62॥
Translation
Then, having accomplished your purpose, united with your kinsmen and wives, and honored by me with all delightful luxuries, you shall roam the earth with your enemies pacified.
हिंदी अनुवाद
तब तुम लोग कृतार्थ होकर, अपने बन्धु-बान्धवों और पत्नियों के साथ, मेरे द्वारा सभी मनोरम सुख-सुविधाओं से सम्मानित होकर, शत्रुओं के भय से मुक्त हो इस पृथ्वी पर विचरण करोगे।
English Commentary
This verse outlines the incentive structure for the mission. Sugriva promises not just material wealth ('arcitah' - honored/worshipped with gifts), but long-term security and happiness. The phrase 'pratishanta shatravah' implies a life free from external threats, a significant promise for warriors. By highlighting the prospect of roaming the earth freely with 'bandhavas' (kin) and 'priyas' (wives), Sugriva connects the mission's success directly to the personal domestic bliss of every soldier, effectively concluding his general address.

यह श्लोक 'पारितोषिक' (reward) और 'अभय-दान' का है। सुग्रीव अपने सैनिकों को केवल धन का लोभ नहीं दे रहे, बल्कि 'प्रतिशान्त शत्रवाः' (शांत हुए शत्रुओं वाले) जीवन का आश्वासन दे रहे हैं। एक राजा के रूप में, वे अपने सैनिकों की सुरक्षा (social security) और पारिवारिक सुख की गारंटी ले रहे हैं। 'सबान्धवा' और 'सह प्रिया' शब्द बताते हैं कि विजय का असली आनंद परिवार के साथ ही है। यह उत्तर दिशा के अभियान के आदेश का औपचारिक समापन है।
