तेजसा वा अपि ते भूतम् न समम् भुवि विद्यते ।
तत् यथा लभ्यते सीता तत् त्वम् एव अनुचिंतय ॥४-४४-६॥
tejasā vā api te bhūtam na samam bhuvi vidyate |
tat yathā labhyate sītā tat tvam eva anuciṃtaya ॥4-44-6॥
Translation
There is no being on earth equal to you in Tejas (splendor/energy). Therefore, you alone must think of how Sita is to be found.
हिंदी अनुवाद
तेज (शक्ति/प्रभाव) में तुम्हारे समान कोई भी प्राणी पृथ्वी पर विद्यमान नहीं है। अतः, सीता की प्राप्ति कैसे हो सकती है, इसका विचार (योजना) तुम स्वयं ही करो।
English Commentary
This is the ultimate empowerment. Sugriva acknowledges that in 'Tejas', Hanuman has no equal ('na samam'). Consequently, he shifts the burden of strategy from the King to the Minister. The command "tvam eva anuchintaya" (you alone think/plan) gives Hanuman full autonomy. Sugriva provides the objective (find Sita) but leaves the 'how' completely to Hanuman's discretion, trusting his superior intellect to navigate unforeseen challenges.

यह 'अधिकार-सौंप' (delegation of authority) का क्षण है। सुग्रीव कहते हैं 'त्वम् एव अनुचिंतय' (तुम ही सोचो/विचार करो)। साधारण सैनिकों को केवल आदेश का पालन करना होता है, लेकिन सेनापति या विशेष दूत को 'रणनीति' (strategy) बनानी होती है। सुग्रीव स्वीकार करते हैं कि वे लंका या रावण के बारे में सब नहीं जानते, इसलिए वे 'माइक्रो-मैनेजमेंट' करने के बजाय हनुमान की बुद्धि (situational intelligence) पर निर्णय छोड़ रहे हैं।
