ततः सर्वा दिशो राजा चोदयित्वा यथा तथम् ।
कपि सेना पतीन् वीरो मुमोद सुखितः सुखम् ॥ ॥४-४५-८॥
tataḥ sarvā diśo rājā codayitvā yathā tatham |
kapi senā patīn vīro mumoda sukhitaḥ sukham ॥4-45-8॥
Translation
Then, having dispatched the monkey generals to all directions in accordance with proper procedure, the heroic King (Sugriva) felt satisfied and enjoyed happiness.

तदनन्तर, सभी दिशाओं में वानर सेनापतियों को विधिपूर्वक (यथायोग्य) भेजकर, वीर राजा सुग्रीव संतुष्ट होकर सुख का अनुभव करने लगे।
English Commentary
This verse captures the relief of a leader who has successfully moved from planning to execution. Sugriva has been under immense pressure from Rama and Lakshmana to fulfill his oath. By dispatching the Kapi sena patin (monkey generals) yatha tatham (appropriately/methodically), he has discharged his primary administrative responsibility. The redundancy in mumoda sukhitaḥ sukham (rejoiced, happy, happiness) emphasizes the sheer magnitude of his relief. He has transformed the chaotic accumulation of monkeys into organized task forces, and for the first time in months, he feels he has acted righteously towards his ally, Rama.

यह श्लोक 'प्रबंधन' (Management) और 'कर्तव्य पूर्ति' के संतोष को दर्शाता है। सुग्रीव अब तक श्री राम के ऋण और अपने वचन के भार से दबे हुए थे। सेना को 'यथा तथम्' (उचित रीति से/यथायोग्य) विदा करने के बाद उन्हें राहत मिली है। 'मुमोद' (प्रसन्न हुए) और 'सुखितः सुखम्' (सुखी होकर सुख का अनुभव किया) शब्दों की पुनरावृत्ति उनकी मानसिक शांति की गहराई को दिखाती है। एक राजा के रूप में उन्होंने अपना रणनीतिक कर्तव्य पूरा कर दिया है—संसाधनों का आवंटन (resource allocation) हो चुका है। अब परिणाम नियति और वानरों के पराक्रम पर निर्भर है। यह क्षण सुग्रीव के लिए तनाव-मुक्ति का क्षण है।
