कालः च नः महान् यातः सुग्रीवः च उग्र शासनः ।
तस्मात् भवन्तः सहिता विचिन्वन्तु समंततः ॥ ॥४-४९-४॥
kālaḥ ca naḥ mahān yātaḥ sugrīvaḥ ca ugra śāsanaḥ |
tasmāt bhavantaḥ sahitā vicinvantu samaṃtataḥ ॥4-49-4॥
Translation
"A great amount of our time has passed, and Sugriva is a strict punisher. Therefore, you all should search everywhere together."

"हमारा बहुत सा समय बीत चुका है और सुग्रीव उग्र शासन (कठोर दंड देने वाले) हैं। इसलिए आप सब मिलकर पुनः सब ओर खोज करें।"
English Commentary
The stakes are raised significantly here. Angada highlights two critical factors: the dwindling time ('Kalah mahan yatah') and the terrifying nature of their king, Sugriva, described as 'Ugra shasanah' (one whose rule/punishment is fierce). This is not just a mission of loyalty anymore; it is a matter of survival. The directive to search 'Sahita' (together/unitedly) suggests that dispersed efforts are no longer sufficient; they must combine their energies to avoid the king's wrath.

अब अंगद मुख्य संकट की ओर इशारा करते हैं। पहला संकट है 'कालः महान् यातः' (समय सीमा समाप्त हो रही है) और दूसरा है सुग्रीव का स्वभाव जो 'उग्र शासनः' (कठोर शासक) है। सुग्रीव की आज्ञा का पालन न होने पर मृत्युदंड भी संभव है। इसलिए अंगद आदेश देते हैं कि अब और अधिक संगठन और एकता ('सहिता') के साथ खोज करनी होगी। भय और कर्तव्य का यह मिश्रण वानरों को आलस्य त्यागने पर विवश करता है।
