Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
तत् अलम् काल संगेन क्रियताम् बुद्धि निश्चयः ।
न हि कर्मसु सज्जन्ते बुद्धिमन्तो भवत विधाः ॥ ॥४-५९-२८॥
Tat alam kāla saṅgena kriyatām buddhi niścayaḥ । Na hi karmasu sajjante buddhimanto bhavat vidhāḥ ॥ ॥4-59-28॥
Translation
Therefore, enough with the delay of time; let a resolve be made by your intellect. Indeed, wise ones like you do not get stuck/faltering in actions.

इसलिए, अब काल-क्षेप (समय बर्बाद) मत करो और बुद्धि से निश्चय करो। आप जैसे बुद्धिमान लोग कार्यों में (दुविधा के कारण) अटकते नहीं हैं।
English Commentary
This is the definitive call to action. Sampati urges, Alam kāla saṅgena (enough with wasting time/procrastination). He challenges them to crystalize their intent into Buddhi niścayaḥ (intellectual resolve). The hallmark of the wise (Buddhimanto) is that they do not get bogged down or hesitate (Sajjante) once the path is clear. Sampati is effectively telling them: "You have the info, you have the power, now stop thinking and start doing."

संपाति अब उपदेश समाप्त कर 'कॉल टू एक्शन' (Call to Action) दे रहे हैं। 'अलम् काल संगेन' (समय की बर्बादी बस करो) एक चेतावनी है कि विलंब घातक हो सकता है। वे वानरों को 'बुद्धि निश्चयः' (दृढ़ संकल्प) लेने के लिए प्रेरित करते हैं। 'न हि कर्मसु सज्जन्ते' का अर्थ है कि बुद्धिमान लोग 'किंकर्तव्यविमूढ़' (confused) होकर रुकते नहीं हैं, वे निर्णय लेते हैं और आगे बढ़ते हैं। यह श्लोक संपाति के संवाद का समापन और वानरों की सक्रियता का आरंभ है।
