कृत्वा निःशब्दम् एक अग्राः शृण्वन्तु हरयो मम ।
तथ्यम् संकीर्तयिष्यामि यथा जानामि मैथिलीम् ॥ ॥४-६०-३॥
Kṛtvā niḥśabdam eka agrāḥ śṛṇvantu harayo mama । Tathyam saṃkīrtayiṣyāmi yathā jānāmi maithilīm ॥ ॥4-60-3॥
Translation
"Maintaining silence and being single-minded (focused), listen to me, O Monkeys. I shall proclaim the fact/truth about Maithili as I know it."

हे वानरों! नि:शब्द (शांत) और एकाग्रचित्त होकर मेरी बात सुनो। मैं मैथिली (सीता) के विषय में जैसा जानता हूँ, वह तथ्य (यथार्थ सत्य) कहूँगा।
English Commentary
Sampati commands the room. He demands absolute silence (Niḥśabdam) and unwavering focus (Eka agrāḥ). This preamble signals the high value of the upcoming disclosure. He promises to declare the Tathyam (absolute fact) regarding Sita. This is not rumor or hearsay; it is specific, actionable intelligence. By insisting on focus, he emphasizes that a single missed detail could jeopardize the entire mission. It prepares the audience for the revelation of Lanka's location.
