प्रहर्षम् अतुलम् लेभे वानरान् च इदम् अब्रवीत् ।
निशाकरस्य राजर्षेः प्रभावात् अमित ओजसः ॥४-६३-१०॥
praharṣam atulam lebhe vānarān ca idam abravīt । niśākarasya rājarṣeḥ prabhāvāt amita ojasaḥ ॥4-63-10॥
Translation
...(He) obtained incomparable joy and spoke this to the Vanaras: "By the power of the Royal Sage Nishakara, whose luster is immeasurable..."

...उन्होंने (सम्पाती ने) अतुलनीय हर्ष प्राप्त किया और वानरों से यह कहा: "अमित तेजस्वी राजर्षि निशाकर के प्रभाव से (यह चमत्कार हुआ है)।"
English Commentary
Sampati’s reaction is one of atulam praharṣam (incomparable joy), a natural response to being healed after a century of disability. However, his immediate verbal response is an attribution of credit. He declares that this is due to the prabhāvāt (power/influence) of Sage Nishakara. He describes the sage as amita ojasaḥ (of immeasurable spiritual power). This underscores the theme of the efficacy of a Sage's blessing (anugraha). Even after the Sage's death, his spiritual will executed the miracle at the precise pre-ordained moment.

पंख प्राप्त होते ही सम्पाती को 'प्रहर्षम् अतुलम्' (तुलना रहित आनंद) हुआ। लेकिन अहंकार करने के बजाय, उन्होंने तुरंत इसका श्रेय अपने गुरु को दिया। 'निशाकरस्य प्रभावात्'—यह गुरु-भक्ति का प्रमाण है। यद्यपि सम्पाती ने स्वयं तपस्या की थी, परन्तु वे मानते हैं कि यह ऋषि निशाकर का 'प्रभाव' (शक्ति/आशीर्वाद) है। ऋषि को यहाँ 'राजर्षि' कहा गया है (संभवतः वे क्षत्रिय कुल से ऋषि बने थे या राजाओं जैसा तेज रखते थे) और 'अमित ओजसः' (अनंत तेज वाले) कहा गया है। यह कृतज्ञता का भाव है।
