कस्य प्रसादात् दारान् च पुत्रान् चैव गृहाणि च ।
इतो निवृत्ताः पश्येम सिद्ध अर्थाः सुखिनो वयम् ॥ ॥४-६४-१७॥
kasya prasādāt dārān ca putrān caiva gṛhāṇi ca । ito nivṛttāḥ paśyema siddha arthāḥ sukhino vayam ॥ ॥4-64-17॥
Translation
By whose grace shall we, having returned from here successful and happy, see our wives, children, and homes?

किसकी कृपा से हम यहाँ से लौटकर, कृतार्थ (सफल) और सुखी होकर अपने-अपने पत्नियों, पुत्रों और घरों को देख पाएंगे?
English Commentary
Moving from duty (to the King) and safety (from punishment), Angada now touches upon the most human motivation: the desire to return home to family. He paints a picture of a happy reunion with wives (daran), children (putran), and homes (grihani). He emphasizes that this reunion is only possible if they become siddha arthah (those whose purpose is accomplished). He places the burden of this collective happiness on the shoulders of the potential volunteer ("By whose grace..."). This creates a heavy emotional incentive for anyone capable to step forward, knowing they hold the happiness of thousands of families in their hands.

अब अंगद सैनिकों की व्यक्तिगत भावनाओं और सांसारिक मोह को छू रहे हैं। सैनिक युद्ध और कष्ट झेलते हैं, लेकिन उनके मन में अंततः घर लौटने की अभिलाषा होती है। अंगद पूछते हैं कि वह कौन सा वीर है जिसके 'प्रसाद' (कृपा) से हम सब अपने परिवार ('दारान्' - पत्नियां, 'पुत्रान्' - बच्चे) से मिल पाएंगे? यदि सागर नहीं लांघा गया, तो वे सुग्रीव के डर से घर नहीं जा सकते और यहीं प्राण त्यागने पड़ेंगे। अंगद यहाँ यह अहसास दिला रहे हैं कि उनका पारिवारिक सुख अब उस एक अज्ञात वीर के पराक्रम पर निर्भर है। यह सैनिकों के भीतर छिपे किसी महाबली को आगे आने के लिए प्रेरित करने का एक मनोवैज्ञानिक प्रयास है।
