तत्तृतीयं हनुमतो दृष्ट्वा कर्म सुदुष्करम् ।
साधु साध्विति भूतानि प्रश्शंसुस्तदा हरिम् ॥५-१-१७२॥
tattṛtīyaṃ hanumato dṛṣṭvā karma suduṣkaram |
sādhu sādhviti bhūtāni praśaśaṃsustadā harim ॥5-1-172॥
Translation
Seeing that third extremely difficult feat of Hanuman, all beings praised the monkey, saying "Well done! Well done!"
हिंदी अनुवाद
हनुमान जी के उस तीसरे अत्यंत कठिन कर्म को देखकर, समस्त प्राणियों ने "साधु! साधु!" (बहुत सुंदर! बहुत सुंदर!) कहकर उस वानर की प्रशंसा की।
English Commentary
The celestial audience breaks the fourth wall to applaud Hanuman. This is identified as his "third feat" (following the leap and the Mainaka episode). The chorus of Sādhu! Sādhu! (Bravo! Excellent!) from the bhūtāni (beings/spirits) serves as a validation of his prowess. The term suduṣkaram (very difficult to do) emphasizes that outwitting a shapeshifting mother-goddess requires more than just strength; it requires quick thinking. This acclaim elevates Hanuman from a mere messenger to a cosmic hero whose actions are watched by the universe.

आकाश में स्थित अदृश्य प्राणियों ने हनुमान जी की जय-जयकार की। इसे 'तृतीयं कर्म' (तीसरा कार्य) कहा गया है। पहला: समुद्र उल्लंघन का संकल्प और छलांग; दूसरा: मैनाक पर्वत का आतिथ्य सत्कार और विनम्रता; और तीसरा: सुरसा की बुद्धि-परीक्षा में विजय। 'सुदुष्करम्' (अत्यंत कठिन) शब्द बताता है कि सुरसा के मुख से जीवित लौटना सामान्यतः असंभव था। "साधु! साधु!" की ध्वनि ब्रह्मांडीय स्वीकृति (cosmic approval) है। जब कोई महान कार्य करता है, तो प्रकृति और दैवीय शक्तियाँ स्वयं उसकी प्रशंसा करती हैं।
