संक्षिप्य मुहुरात्मानं निष्पपात महाबलः ।
आस्ये तस्या निमज्जन्तं ददृशुः सिद्धचारणाः ॥ ॥५-१-१९२॥
Saṃkṣipya muhurātmānaṃ niṣpapāta mahābalaḥ |
Āsye tasyā nimajjantaṃ dadṛśuḥ siddhacāraṇāḥ ॥5-1-192॥
Translation
...shrinking himself suddenly, the mighty one fell (entered) into her mouth with great force. The Siddhas and Charanas watched him disappearing into her mouth.
हिंदी अनुवाद
...अपने आपको तत्काल छोटा (संक्षिप्त) करके बड़े वेग से (उसके मुख में) गिर पड़े (प्रविष्ट हो गए)। आकाश में विचरने वाले सिद्धों और चारणों ने उन्हें उसके मुख में समाते हुए देखा।
English Commentary
This is the tactical strike. Utilizing the element of surprise, Hanuman instantly compresses his expanded form (saṃkṣipya) and shoots into her mouth like a bullet. The celestial observers (Siddhas and Charanas) perceive this as Hanuman being swallowed (nimajjantam), creating dramatic tension. However, Hanuman has voluntarily entered the danger zone to destroy the enemy from within, a classic strategy where one enters the heart of the problem to solve it rather than fighting superficially on the outside.

यह इस प्रसंग का चरम बिंदु है। हनुमान जी ने 'निमिष मात्र' में अपने विशाल शरीर को अत्यंत सूक्ष्म कर लिया और सिंहिका के मुख में प्रविष्ट हो गए। इसे 'संक्षिप्य' कहा गया है। बाहर से देखने वाले सिद्धों और चारणों को लगा कि हनुमान जी निगले गए, जो उनके लिए चिंता का विषय था। किन्तु यह हनुमान जी की सोची-समझी चाल थी—बाहर से अभेद्य शत्रु को भीतर से नष्ट करना। यह उनकी प्रत्युत्पन्नमति (presence of mind) का अद्भुत उदाहरण है।
