Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
तां पुरीं तादृशीं दृष्ट्वा दुराधर्षां सुरासुरैः ।
हनुमान् चिन्तयामास विनिश्चित्य मुहुर्मुहुः ॥ ॥५-२-३६॥
Tāṃ purīṃ tādṛśīṃ dṛṣṭvā durādharṣāṃ surāsuraiḥ । Hanumān cintayāmāsa viniścitya muhurmuhuḥ ॥ ॥5-2-36॥
Translation
Seeing that city to be such that it was difficult to be assaulted even by gods and demons, Hanuman, having decided (on his course of action), reflected again and again.
हिंदी अनुवाद
अर्थ: देवताओं और असुरों के लिए भी अजेय (दुराधर्ष) उस वैसी (भव्य) नगरी को देखकर, हनुमान ने बार-बार निश्चय करके (पुनः) विचार किया।
English Commentary
Even after deciding to enter at night, Hanuman continues to think muhurmuhuḥ (again and again). This shows his thoroughness. He is staring at a fortress durādharṣāṃ (inviolable) by the mightiest beings. This repetitive contemplation is not hesitation, but a rigorous mental simulation of the infiltration to ensure no variable has been overlooked. He is cross-checking his strategy against the reality of the fortification.

टिप्पणी: यद्यपि हनुमान ने रात में प्रवेश करने का निर्णय ले लिया है ('विनिश्चित्य'), फिर भी वे 'मुहुर्मुहुः' (बार-बार) विचार कर रहे हैं। यह एक बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति का लक्षण है जो अति-आत्मविश्वास (Overconfidence) से बचता है। लंका 'सुरासुरैः दुराधर्षाम्' (देव-दानवों द्वारा अजेय) है, इसलिए वे अपनी योजना में कोई भी चूक नहीं छोड़ना चाहते। यह चिंतन योजना के क्रियान्वयन (Execution) की सूक्ष्मताओं पर है।
