यदि मामिह जानीयाद्वर्तमानां स राघवः ।
अद्य बाणैरभिक्रुद्धः कुर्याल्लोकमराक्षसम् ।

Yadi māmiha jānīyādvartamānāṃ sa rāghavāḥ । Adya bāṇairabhikruddhaḥ kuryāllokamarākṣasam । । ॥5-26-22॥
Translation
If that Raghava knew that I am present here, he, furious, would rid the world of Rakshasas with his arrows this very day.
हिंदी अनुवाद
यदि वे रघुनंदन जान लें कि मैं यहाँ (जीवित) हूँ, तो वे आज ही क्रद्ध होकर अपने बाणों से समस्त लोक को राक्षस-विहीन कर देंगे।
English Commentary
Sita visualizes the consequences of the "Information Gap" being closed. She asserts that the moment Rama knows of her location, he will become abhikruddhaḥ (intensely furious). The result of this fury would be total annihilation—he would make the world arākṣasam (void of demons). This verse projects the terrifying power of Rama when provoked by unrighteousness. It isn't just about rescuing a wife anymore; it becomes a cosmic cleansing of evil. Sita’s confidence is absolute: the survival of the Rakshasa race currently hangs by the thin thread of Rama’s ignorance of her whereabouts.

यहाँ सीता जी श्री राम के 'रौद्र रूप' की कल्पना करती हैं। 'अद्य' (आज ही) शब्द उनकी निश्चितता को दर्शाता है—विलंब केवल अज्ञानता के कारण है, सामर्थ्य के कारण नहीं। वे कहती हैं कि राम का क्रोध इतना प्रलयंकारी होगा कि केवल रावण नहीं, बल्कि पूरी राक्षस जाति का विनाश हो जाएगा। 'लोकमराक्षसम्' (लोक को राक्षसों से रहित) करना राम के व्यापक प्रभाव को दर्शाता है। यह श्लोक हनुमान जी (जो छिपे हुए सुन रहे हैं) को भी यह संदेश देता है कि राम की शक्ति क्या है और सीता को राम पर कितना भरोसा है। यह शत्रु के विनाश की भविष्यवाणी है।
