नूनं ममाङ्गान्यचिरादनार्यः शस्त्रैः शितैश्छेत्स्यति राक्षसेन्द्रः ।
तस्मिन्ननागच्छति लोकनाथे गर्भस्थजन्तोरिव शल्यकृन्तः ।

Nūnaṃ mamāṅgānyacirāadanāryaḥ śastraiḥ śitaiśchetsyati rākṣasendraḥ |
tasminnanāgacchati lokanāthe garbhasthajantoriva śalyakṛntaḥ ॥5-28-6॥
Translation
If the Lord of the World (Rama) does not arrive, this vile King of Rakshasas will surely cut my limbs with sharp weapons very soon, just as a surgeon cuts up a fetus (to remove it from the womb).
हिंदी अनुवाद
यदि लोकनाथ (श्री राम) नहीं आए, तो निश्चय ही वह नीच राक्षसराज मेरे अंगों को तीखे शस्त्रों से उसी प्रकार काट डालेगा, जैसे शल्यचिकित्सक (सर्जन) गर्भ में स्थित मरे हुए शिशु (शलय) को काट-काट कर निकालता है।
English Commentary
This verse contains graphic and visceral imagery reflecting the intensity of Sita's terror. She visualizes her impending death not as a simple execution, but as a surgical dismemberment, comparing it to the medical extraction of a fetus (garbhasthajantoriva).
