सा वीतशोका व्यपनीततन्द्री शान्तज्वरा हर्षविवृद्धसत्त्वा ।
अशोभतार्या वदनेन शुक्ले शीतांशुना रात्रिरिवोदितेन ।

Sā vītaśokā vyapanītatandrī śāntajvarā harṣavivṛddhasattvā । Aśobhatāryā vadanena śukle śītāṃśunā rātririvoditena । । ॥5-29-7॥
Translation
With her grief dispelled, her weariness removed, her fever of anxiety calmed, and her spirit elevated by joy, that noble lady (Arya) shone with her radiant face like a night in the bright fortnight illuminated by the rising moon.
हिंदी अनुवाद
शोक से रहित, ग्लानि (थकावट) से मुक्त, संताप (मानसिक ज्वर) से शांत और हर्ष से परिपूर्ण अंतःकरण वाली वह आर्य महिला (सीता) अपने (प्रसन्न) मुख से ऐसी शोभा पा रही थीं, जैसे शुक्ल पक्ष की रात्रि उदित हुए चंद्रमा से सुशोभित होती है।
English Commentary
This verse concludes Sarga 29. It presents a complete restoration of Sita's mental state. The adjectives used—free from grief, lethargy, and mental fever—indicate a spiritual and psychological cleansing. She is referred to as Arya (noble lady), reaffirming her dignity. The simile of the moonlit night (Shukla paksha) suggests coolness and peace, contrasting with the burning heat of grief she felt earlier. She is now composed and ready for the events of the next chapter.

सीता जी की आंतरिक स्थिति का पूर्ण परिवर्तन यहाँ संपन्न होता है। चार विशेषण उनकी अवस्था बताते हैं: वीतशोका (शोक रहित), व्यपनीततन्द्री (आलस्य/थकान रहित), शान्तज्वरा (मानसिक ताप रहित), और हर्षविवृद्धसत्त्वा (हर्ष से भरा हुआ मन)। 'आर्या' शब्द उनके उच्च कुल और चरित्र को रेखांकित करता है। शुक्ल पक्ष की रात्रि से तुलना यह बताती है कि अब उनके जीवन में अंधेरा छंट रहा है और पूर्णता (पूर्णिमा) की ओर गति हो रही है। यह सर्ग 29 का समापन है, जो निराशा से आशा की यात्रा है।
