निर्जिताहं त्वया वीर विक्रमेण महाबल ।
इदं तु तथ्यं शृणु वै ब्रुवन्त्या मे हरीश्वर ॥ ॥५-३-४६॥
Nirjitāhaṃ tvayā vīra vikrameṇa mahābala । Idaṃ tu tathyaṃ śṛṇu vai bruvantyā me harīśvara ॥ ॥5-3-46॥
Translation
O mighty hero, I have been conquered by you through your prowess. O Lord of Monkeys, listen carefully to this truth that I am about to speak.

हे महाबली वीर! तुमने अपने पराक्रम से मुझे जीत लिया है। हे वानरेश्वर! अब मैं जो सत्य कह रही हूँ, उसे ध्यानपूर्वक सुनो।
English Commentary
Lankini formally concedes defeat in this verse, addressing Hanuman with high honorifics like 'Mahabala' (Greatly strong) and 'Harishvara' (Lord of Monkeys). This transition from a combative guardian to a submissive informant is crucial. By asking Hanuman to listen to the "truth" (tathyam), she prepares to reveal the divine prophecy that governs the fate of the Rakshasas. It highlights the theme that Hanuman's mission is not merely a clandestine operation but the unfolding of destiny.
