निशाचरीणां प्रत्यक्षमनर्हं चापि भाषणम् ।
कथं तु खलु कर्तव्यमिदं कृच्छ्रगतो ह्यहम् ।
।
॥५-३०-११॥
Niśācarīṇāṃ pratyakṣamanarhaṃ cāpi bhāṣaṇam । Kathaṃ tu khalu kartavyamidaṃ kṛcchragato hyaham । । ॥5-30-11॥
Translation
But speaking to her in the presence of the demonesses is inappropriate. How indeed should this be done? I am truly in a difficult dilemma.
हिंदी अनुवाद
(परन्तु समस्या यह है कि) राक्षसियों के सामने उनसे बात करना अनुचित (असंभव) है। तो फिर यह कार्य कैसे किया जाए? मैं तो बड़ी कठिनाई (दुविधा) में पड़ गया हूँ।
English Commentary
Hanuman transitions from moral resolve to tactical planning. He identifies a critical operational constraint: the presence of the Rakshasi guards (niśācarīṇām). Speaking in front of them is anarham (inappropriate/impossible) as it would blow his cover and endanger Sita further. The phrase kṛcchragato hyaham (I have entered a difficulty/dilemma) reflects the tightrope he must walk between the urgent need to speak and the absolute need for secrecy.

अब हनुमान जी 'क्यों' (Why) से हटकर 'कैसे' (How) पर विचार कर रहे हैं। वे एक रणनीतिक दुविधा ('कृच्छ्रगतो') में हैं। यदि वे राक्षसियों के सामने प्रकट होते हैं, तो हंगामा मच जाएगा, सीता और अधिक डर जाएंगी, और कार्य बिगड़ जाएगा। 'अनर्हं' शब्द बताता है कि शत्रु के पहरेदारों के सामने भेद खोलना गुप्तचर के नियमों के विरुद्ध है। यहाँ हनुमान जी की बुद्धि और सावधानी प्रकट होती है; वे केवल भावुकता में बहकर अविवेकपूर्ण कदम नहीं उठाना चाहते।
