सेयमालोक्य मे रूपं जानकी भाषितं तथा ।
रक्षोभिस्त्रासिता पूर्वं भूयस्त्रासं गमिष्यति ।
।

Seyamālokya me rūpaṃ jānakī bhāṣitaṃ tathā । Rakṣobhistrāsitā pūrvaṃ bhūyastrāsaṃ gamiṣyati । । ॥5-30-20॥
Translation
"Seeing my monkey form and hearing my human speech, Janaki, who has already been terrorized by demons, will be frightened once again."
हिंदी अनुवाद
राक्षसों द्वारा पहले से ही डराई हुई यह जानकी, मेरे (वानर) रूप को देखकर और मेरी (मनुष्य जैसी) बोली सुनकर फिर से भयभीत हो जाएंगी।
English Commentary
Hanuman anticipates a psychological reaction known as "fight or flight." He understands that Sita is suffering from what we might now call PTSD. She is surrounded by shape-shifting demons (Rakshasas). Therefore, the cognitive dissonance of seeing a monkey (rūpa) but hearing a man (bhāṣita) would likely trigger panic rather than relief. He fears that his attempt to connect might backfire, interpreting his presence as just another one of Ravana's psychological torture tactics.
हिंदी टीका
हनुमान जी अभी भी संशय में हैं। वे सीता की मानसिक स्थिति (Trauma) का आकलन कर रहे हैं। सीता जी 'रक्षोभिस्त्रासिता' हैं—अर्थात राक्षसों के आतंक से त्रस्त। ऐसे में एक विचित्र प्राणी—जो दिखता वानर जैसा है पर बोलता मनुष्य जैसा है—उन्हें मायावी राक्षस ही लगेगा। हनुमान जी जानते हैं कि भयभीत मन हर नई और असामान्य घटना को खतरे के रूप में देखता है। वे सीता को और अधिक आघात (Trauma) नहीं देना चाहते।
