Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
राममक्लिष्टकर्माणं स्वबन्धुमनुकीर्तयन् ।
नैनामुद्वेजयिष्यामि तद्बन्धुगतमानसाम् ।

rāmamakliṣṭakarmāṇaṃ svabandhumanukīrtayan । naināmudvejayiṣyāmi tadbandhugatamānasām । । 5.30.41।। ॥5-30-41॥
Translation
(Hanuman thought) "I shall recite the praises of her kinsman, Rama, who performs difficult deeds without weariness. Since her mind is fixed on him, I will not frighten her (by doing so)."
हिंदी अनुवाद
(हनुमान जी ने सोचा) "मैं उनके प्रिय बन्धु (पति) और अनायास (बिना थकान के) महान कर्म करने वाले श्री राम का गुणगान करूँगा। चूँकि सीता का मन उन्हीं (राम) में लगा हुआ है, इसलिए वे (रामकथा सुनकर) भयभीत नहीं होंगी।"
English Commentary
Hanuman decides to use the name of Rama as the bridge to connect with Sita. He knows her mind is entirely absorbed in Rama ('tadbandhugatamanasam'). While a sudden appearance or strange speech would terrify her, the sweet recitation of Rama's deeds will turn her fear into curiosity and affection. The term 'aklishtakarmanam' (one who performs difficult deeds effortlessly) highlights both Rama's glory and Hanuman's devotion. This strategy is a testament to Hanuman's high Emotional Intelligence; he uses the subject she loves most to bypass her defenses.

हनुमान जी ने 'राम-नाम' को ही सेतु बनाने का निर्णय लिया। वे जानते हैं कि सीता जी का मन केवल राम में रमा है ('तद्बन्धुगतमानसाम्')। यदि कोई अचानक संस्कृत बोले या वानर रूप दिखाए तो वे डरेंगी, लेकिन यदि कोई मधुर स्वर में राम के कर्मों का बखान करे, तो उनका डर स्नेह और जिज्ञासा में बदल जाएगा। 'अक्लिष्टकर्माणं' (जो बिना क्लेश/थकान के कठिन कार्य करते हैं) शब्द राम की महिमा और हनुमान की भक्ति दोनों को दर्शाता है। यह रणनीति हनुमान जी की भावनात्मक बुद्धिमत्ता (Emotional Intelligence) का प्रमाण है।
