अहं हि तस्याद्य मनोभवेन संपीडिता तद्गतसर्वभावा ।
विचिन्तयन्ती सततं तमेव तथा एव पश्यामि तथा शृणोमि ।

Ahaṃ hi tasyādya manobhavena saṃpīḍitā tadgatasarvabhāvā । Vicintayantī satataṃ tameva tathaiva paśyāmi tathā śṛṇomi । ॥5-32-12॥
Translation
"Tormented by love for Him and having all my feelings centered on Him alone, constantly thinking of Him, I see Him alone and hear only of Him."
हिंदी अनुवाद
"कामदेव (या राम के प्रति प्रेम) से पीड़ित और अपने समस्त भावों से उन (राम) में ही लीन मैं, निरंतर उनका ही चिंतन करती हुई, वैसा ही देखती हूँ और वैसा ही सुनती हूँ।"
English Commentary
Sita continues to rationalize her experience as a delusion born of intense love ("Manobhava"). Being "Tadgata-sarva-bhava" means her entire being is immersed in Rama. She reasons that this intense focus has compromised her sensory perception—she sees and hears Rama's presence because she wants it so badly. It is a tragic moment where the truth (Hanuman's arrival) is so good that she feels compelled to reject it as a product of her own suffering mind, afraid to hope lest she be crushed by disappointment again.
हिंदी टीका
पिछले श्लोक के भाव को ही यहाँ विस्तार दिया गया है। 'तद्गतसर्वभावा' का अर्थ है—जिसके अस्तित्व का कण-कण राम में समा गया हो। सीता जी मान रही हैं कि यह 'मनोभव' (प्रेम/काम) का प्रभाव है कि उन्हें असंभव स्थान पर भी राम का संदेश सुनाई दे रहा है। यह एक प्रेमी की चरम अवस्था है जहाँ जगत मिथ्या और प्रियतम ही सत्य प्रतीत होता है। किन्तु यहाँ सीता इसे एक मानसिक विकार (Delusion) मानकर वास्तविकता को परखने का प्रयास कर रही हैं। वे अपनी भक्ति को ही अपने भ्रम का कारण मान रही हैं।
