अपकृष्याश्रमपदान्मृगरूपेण राघवम् ।
शून्ये येनापनीता ऽसि तस्य द्क्ष्यसि यत्फलम् ।
।
॥५-३४-३२॥
Apakrishyashramapadanmrigarupena raghavam |
Shunye yenapanita 'si tasya drakshyasi yatphalam ॥5-34-32॥
Translation
He (Ravana), who abducted you from the empty hermitage after luring Raghava away using the disguise of a deer, you will soon see him reaping the fruit (consequences) of that action.
हिंदी अनुवाद
जिस (रावण) ने मृग के रूप के माध्यम से राघव को आश्रम से दूर हटाकर, सूने आश्रम से आपका अपहरण किया है, आप शीघ्र ही उसे उसका फल (परिणाम) प्राप्त करते देखेंगी।
English Commentary
Hanuman validates his identity by referencing the specific details of the abduction (the golden deer and the empty ashram), which only an insider or a true messenger would know. He frames Ravana’s act not as a victory, but as a cowardly deception performed in Rama's absence. The phrase 'you will see the fruit' promises retribution. It shifts the narrative from Sita’s victimhood to Ravana’s impending punishment, assuring her that cosmic justice is on its way.

हनुमान जी यहाँ रावण के अपराध और उसके आसन्न विनाश का उल्लेख कर रहे हैं। वे 'मृगरूपेण' का जिक्र करके यह सिद्ध कर रहे हैं कि वे पूरी घटना को जानते हैं, जिससे सीता जी का उन पर विश्वास पक्का हो जाए। 'शून्ये' (सूने स्थान में) शब्द रावण की कायरता को दर्शाता है कि उसने राम की अनुपस्थिति में छल किया। हनुमान जी प्रतिज्ञा करते हैं कि इस पाप का 'फल'—अर्थात् रावण का विनाश—सीता जी अपनी आँखों से देखेंगी। यह न्याय और दंड का आश्वासन है।
