नित्यं स्मरति रामस्त्वां ससुग्रीवः सलक्ष्मणः ।
दिष्ट्या जीवसि वैदेहि राक्षसीवशमागता ।
।

Nityam smarati ramastvam sasugrivah salakshmanah |
Dishtya jivasi vaidehi rakshasivashamagata ॥5-34-37॥
Translation
Rama, along with Sugriva and Lakshmana, remembers you always. Fortunately, O Vaidehi, you are still alive, even though you have fallen under the control of the Rakshasis.

सुग्रीव और लक्ष्मण सहित श्री राम आपको नित्य याद करते हैं। हे वैदेही! यह सौभाग्य की बात है कि राक्षसियों के वश में पड़ी होने पर भी आप जीवित हैं।
English Commentary
Hanuman conveys two powerful sentiments here: constant remembrance and relief. Assuring Sita that she is remembered 'daily' by the entire leadership trio (Rama, Lakshmana, Sugriva) combats her isolation. Secondly, Hanuman expresses genuine relief (Dishtya) that she is alive. He acknowledges the immense danger she is in ('under the control of Rakshasis'), implicitly praising her resilience for surviving such trauma while waiting for Rama.

'नित्यं स्मरति' (सदैव याद करते हैं)—यह शब्द सीता जी के लिए अमृत समान हैं। हनुमान जी कहते हैं कि राम, लक्ष्मण और सुग्रीव तीनों उन्हें याद करते हैं। इसके बाद हनुमान जी 'दिष्ट्या' (सौभाग्य से) शब्द का प्रयोग करते हैं, जो उनकी राहत को दर्शाता है। अशोक वाटिका में राक्षसियों के बीच घिरी होने के बावजूद सीता का जीवित रहना हनुमान जी के लिए किसी चमत्कार से कम नहीं है। यह सीता जी की सहनशक्ति और पतिव्रता धर्म की प्रशंसा है।
