त्रिवलीवांस्त्र्यवनतश्चतुर्व्यङ्गस्त्रिशीर्षवान् ।
चतुष्कलश्चतुर्लेखश्चतुष्किष्कुश्चतुः समः ।

Trivalīvāṃstryavanataścaturvyaṅgastriśīrṣavān |
Catuṣkalaścaturlekhaścatuṣkiṣkuścatuḥ samaḥ ॥5-35-18॥
Translation
He has three folds on his abdomen (Trivali); he is depressed/concave in three parts; he is short in four parts (neck, back, shanks); he has three whorls of hair on his head. He has four lines on his thumb/forehead; he measures four cubits (Kishku) in height, and he is equal/symmetrical in four parts.

उनके उदर (पेट) पर तीन रेखाएं (त्रिवली) हैं; तीन स्थानों (गले, जननेन्द्रिय, घुटने) पर वे दबे हुए हैं; चार अंग (गर्दन, पीठ, पिंडली) छोटे हैं; और तीन चक्र (सिर के बालों में) हैं। उनके अंगूठे में चार रेखाएं हैं; वे चार लेखों (मस्तक, हाथ, पैर) से युक्त हैं; उनकी ऊँचाई चार हाथ (किष्कु) है और चार अंग (भुजा, घुटने, जांघ, गाल) समान हैं।

Continuing the iconography of a Mahapurusha, Hanuman mentions the Trivali (three abdominal folds), a classic sign of beauty in Indian art. The measurement Chatush-kishku (four cubits) refers to the ideal height of 96 angulas (finger-widths), indicating a perfectly proportioned body type known as Nyagrodha-parimandala.
