ततो निहत्य तरसा रामो वालिनमाहवे ।
सर्वर्क्षहरिसङ्घानां सुग्रीवमकरोत् पतिम् ।

Tato nihatya tarasā rāmo vālinamāhave |
sarvarkṣaharisaṅghānāṃ sugrīvamakarot patim ॥5-35-51॥
Translation
Then, having killed Vali in battle with his power, Rama made Sugriva the Lord of all the gathered bears and monkeys.
हिंदी अनुवाद
तदनन्तर, युद्ध में अपने बल से वाली को मारकर, श्री राम ने सुग्रीव को सभी रीछों और वानरों के समूहों का राजा बना दिया।
English Commentary
After eliminating the threat, Rama established order by crowning Sugriva. He made him the patim (lord/master) of all bears and monkeys. This is a critical strategic point: by installing Sugriva as king, Rama effectively gained command over the entire Vanara and Riksha (bear) population. Hanuman highlights this to show Sita that a massive, organized force is now at Rama's disposal, solely dedicated to finding her.

राम ने न केवल शत्रु का नाश किया, बल्कि सुग्रीव को उनका खोया हुआ सम्मान और राज्य भी वापस दिलाया। 'सर्वर्क्षहरिसङ्घानां' (सभी रीछ और वानर समूहों का) पति बनाकर राम ने सुग्रीव को एक विशाल सेना का स्वामी बना दिया। यह बिंदु सीता के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि यही वह सेना है जो अब उनकी खोज में लगी है। राम द्वारा सुग्रीव का राज्याभिषेक करना उनकी कृतज्ञता और धर्म-पालन का प्रतीक है।
