तस्य तद्वचनं श्रुत्वा सम्पातेः प्रीतिवर्धनम् ।
अङ्गदप्रमुखास्तूर्णं ततः संप्रस्थिता वयम् ।

tasya tadvacanaṃ śrutvā sampāteḥ prītivardhanam |
aṅgadapramukhāstūrṇaṃ tataḥ saṃprasthitā vayam ॥5-35-67॥
Translation
Hearing those words of Sampati which increased our joy, we, led by Angada, departed quickly from there.
हिंदी अनुवाद
सम्पाति के उन प्रीति बढ़ाने वाले वचनों को सुनकर, अंगद आदि प्रमुख वानरों के साथ हम सब वहाँ से शीघ्र प्रस्थान कर गए।
English Commentary
The mood shifts dramatically from despair to action. Sampati's words are described as 'pritivardhanam' (increasing joy/pleasure). The intelligence that Sita was found revitalized the demoralized group. Hanuman uses the first-person plural 'vayam' (we), explicitly placing himself within the action led by Angada ('Angadapramukhah'). The word 'turnam' (quickly/immediately) emphasizes the urgency and dedication of the Vanaras. They did not hesitate or rest; the moment they had a lead, they mobilized. This is to assure Sita that her rescue has been the sole, urgent focus of the Vanara army since the moment they learned of her whereabouts.

सम्पाति की सूचना ने वानरों में नई ऊर्जा का संचार किया। जो वानर कुछ समय पूर्व मरने की इच्छा (प्रायोपवेश) कर रहे थे, वे अब 'प्रीतिवर्धनम्' (प्रसन्नता बढ़ाने वाले) वचनों को सुनकर उत्साहित हो गए। हनुमान जी यहाँ 'वयम्' (हम) शब्द का प्रयोग करते हैं, जो स्वयं को उस समूह का अभिन्न अंग बताता है। 'तूर्णं' (शीघ्र) शब्द वानरों की तत्परता और कार्य के प्रति उनकी व्यग्रता को दर्शाता है; सूचना मिलते ही उन्होंने एक क्षण भी व्यर्थ नहीं गवाया। यह श्लोक सीता जी के प्रति वानरों के समर्पण का प्रमाण है कि जैसे ही उन्हें पता चला कि सीता कहाँ हैं, वे तुरंत चल पड़े।
