एतत्ते सर्वमाख्यातं यथावृत्तमनिन्दिते ।
अभिभाषस्व मां देवि दूतो दाशरथेरहम् ।

etatte sarvamākhyātaṃ yathāvṛttamanindite |
abhibhāṣasva māṃ devi dūto dāśaratheraham ॥5-35-72॥
Translation
O Blameless One, I have told you all this exactly as it happened. Speak to me, O Noble Lady; I am the messenger of the son of Dasharatha.
हिंदी अनुवाद
हे अनिन्दिते! मैंने यह सब वृत्तांत जैसा हुआ था (यथार्थ रूप में), तुम्हें कह सुनाया। हे देवि! अब मुझसे बात करो, मैं दशरथनन्दन (राम) का दूत हूँ।
English Commentary
Having concluded his narrative explaining how he arrived in Lanka, Hanuman now solicits a response from Sita. He addresses her as "Anindite" (O Blameless One), a significant epithet assuring her that despite her captivity in a demon's house, her virtue is recognized and untarnished. He emphasizes that his story was "yathavrittam" (exactly as it happened), reinforcing his honesty. By asking her to speak ("abhibhashasva"), he seeks to break the barrier of fear and silence she has maintained. Reasserting his identity as the "Duta" (messenger) of Dasharatha's son acts as his official credential, designed to invite her confidence.

अपनी लंबी कथा समाप्त करने के बाद, हनुमान जी अब सीता जी से प्रतिक्रिया की अपेक्षा कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने 'अनिन्दिते' (निंदा रहित/पवित्र) शब्द का प्रयोग करके सीता जी को आश्वस्त किया है कि रावण के घर में रहने के बावजूद उनकी पवित्रता पर कोई संदेह नहीं है। 'यथावृत्तम्' का अर्थ है कि उन्होंने तथ्यों को बिना किसी लाग-लपेट के प्रस्तुत किया है। हनुमान जी 'अभिभाषस्व' (मुझसे बात करें) कह कर संवाद स्थापित करना चाहते हैं, क्योंकि अभी तक सीता जी केवल सुन रही थीं और भयभीत थीं। अंत में, अपनी पहचान 'दाशरथेः दूतः' (दशरथ के पुत्र का दूत) के रूप में बताकर वे अपने आगमन की वैधता और अधिकार को पुनः स्थापित करते हैं।
