अथवा मोचयिष्यामि त्वामद्यैव वरानने ।
अस्माद्दुःखादुपारोह मम पृष्ठमनिन्दिते ।
॥५-३७-१९॥
Athavā mocayiṣyāmi tvāmadyaiva varānane । Asmādduḥkhādupāroha mama pṛṣṭhamanindite । ॥5-37-19॥
Translation
Or else, O one with a beautiful face, I can release you from this sorrow this very day. O blameless one, climb onto my back.
हिंदी अनुवाद
(अथवा) हे वरानने! यदि तुम चाहो तो मैं तुम्हें आज ही इस दुःख से मुक्त कर सकता हूँ। हे अनिन्दिते! तुम मेरी पीठ पर चढ जाओ।
English Commentary
Overcome by Sita's suffering, Hanuman makes a radical proposal: to rescue her right now (adyaiva), bypassing the need for a war. He offers his back as a vehicle to transport her across the ocean immediately. Addressing her as anindite (blameless) suggests that such an act would not tarnish her reputation given the dire circumstances. This shows Hanuman's immense strength and his desire to serve as the immediate solution to his master's problem, though Sita will later decline this for reasons of Dharma and Rama's honor.

हनुमान जी सीता का कष्ट अब और नहीं देख पा रहे, इसलिए वे एक साहसी प्रस्ताव रखते हैं—युद्ध की प्रतीक्षा किये बिना 'आज ही' (अद्यैव) सीता को ले जाना। वे सीता को अपनी पीठ पर बैठाकर समुद्र पार करने की क्षमता रखते हैं। 'अनिन्दिते' (दोष रहित) संबोधन यह दर्शाता है कि सीता का किसी परपुरुष (हनुमान) की पीठ पर बैठना आपातकाल में धर्म विरुद्ध नहीं माना जाएगा क्योंकि वे माता समान हैं। यह हनुमान के आत्मविश्वास और भक्ति की पराकाष्ठा है।
