नित्यमुत्साहयुक्ताश्च वाचः श्रुत्वा त्वयेरिताः ।
वर्धिष्यते दाशरथेः पौरुषं मदवाप्तये ।

nityamutsāhayuktāśca vācaḥ śrutvā tvayeritāḥ |
vardhiṣyate dāśaratheḥ pauruṣaṃ madavāptaye ॥5-39-11॥
Translation
Hearing the words consistently filled with enthusiasm uttered by you, the valor of Dasharatha's son will increase for the sake of obtaining me.
हिंदी अनुवाद
तुम्हारे द्वारा कहे गए निरंतर उत्साह से भरे हुए वचनों को सुनकर, दशरथनंदन राम का पौरुष मुझे पुनः प्राप्त करने के लिए और अधिक बढ़ जाएगा।
English Commentary
Sita understands that grief might have dampened Rama's spirit. She instructs Hanuman to speak words filled with "utsaha" (enthusiasm/energy). She predicts that hearing a first-hand, energetic report from Hanuman will ignite Rama's "paurusham" (manliness/valor). The goal is to transform Rama's grief into martial rage and determination to recover her ("madavaptaye"). She relies on Hanuman's oratory skills to serve as a catalyst for the war.

सीता जानती हैं कि वियोग में राम हताश हो सकते हैं। इसलिए वे हनुमान को निर्देश देती हैं कि उनका संदेश 'उत्साह' से भरा होना चाहिए, निराशा से नहीं। हनुमान को राम के क्रोध और वीरता को जगाना है ('वर्धिष्यते पौरुषं')। एक कुशल दूत का कार्य केवल सूचना देना नहीं, बल्कि स्वामी का मनोबल बढ़ाना भी है। सीता यहाँ युद्ध मनोविज्ञान (war psychology) की समझ प्रदर्शित कर रही हैं।
