मत्सन्देशयुता वाचस्त्वत्तः श्रुत्वैव राघवः ।
पराक्रमविधिं वीरो विधिवत् संविधास्यति ।

matsandeśayutā vācastvattaḥ śrutvaiva rāghavaḥ |
parākramavidhiṃ vīro vidhivat saṃvidhāsyati ॥5-39-12॥
Translation
Just by hearing the words containing my message from you, the hero Raghava will formally arrange the method of valor (plan the rescue operation).

मेरे संदेश से युक्त वचनों को तुम्हारे मुख से सुनते ही, वीर राघव विधिपूर्वक अपने पराक्रम के प्रयोग (युद्ध) का आयोजन करेंगे।
English Commentary
Sita expresses absolute confidence in the impact of Hanuman's return. "Shrutvaiva" (merely by hearing) suggests immediate action. She envisions Rama moving from a state of waiting to "parakramavidhim" (executing the procedure of valor/war). The use of "vidhivat" (according to rule/methodically) implies that Rama acts not just out of anger, but with strategic precision suitable for a king and a warrior. This concludes her message with a vision of imminent rescue.

इस श्लोक में सीता पूर्ण विश्वास व्यक्त करती हैं कि हनुमान की गवाही ही अंतिम प्रमाण होगी। 'श्रुत्वैव' (सुनते ही) दर्शाता है कि राम को केवल पुष्टि की आवश्यकता थी। अब जब संदेश मिल जाएगा, तो वे 'पराक्रमविधिं' (पराक्रम की विधि/युद्ध की योजना) 'विधिवत्' (नियमपूर्वक/शास्त्रोक्त विधि से) बनाएंगे। यह श्लोक सर्ग का समापन करते हुए अनिश्चितता को समाप्त करता है और आगामी युद्ध का शंखनाद करता है।
