तद्यथा तस्य विक्रान्तमनुरूपं महात्मनः ।
भवेदाहवशूरस्य तथा त्वमुपपादय ।

tadyathā tasya vikrāntamanurūpaṃ mahātmanaḥ |
bhavedāhavaśūrasya tathā tvamupapādaya ॥5-39-31॥
Translation
Therefore, you should arrange things in such a way that the valor of that great soul, the hero of battles, is displayed in a manner befitting him.

इसलिए तुम ऐसी व्यवस्था करो (योजना बनाओ) जिससे उस महात्मा और युद्धवीर (राम) का पराक्रम उनके अनुरूप प्रकट हो सके।
English Commentary
Sita concludes her instructions by assigning Hanuman the role of a war architect. She asks him to "upapadaya" (arrange/devise) the situation so that Rama's valor ("vikrantam") is displayed befitting his stature ("anurupam"). She is effectively telling Hanuman: "Don't just save me; set the stage for Rama to be the hero." This empowers Hanuman to act as the catalyst for the great war.

सीता हनुमान को स्पष्ट निर्देश (Direction) दे रही हैं। 'त्वं उपपादय' (तुम आयोजन करो/व्यवस्था करो) का अर्थ है कि हनुमान को केवल संदेश नहीं देना है, बल्कि युद्ध की भूमिका तैयार करनी है। सीता चाहती हैं कि हनुमान राम को इस तरह प्रेरित करें कि राम अपनी पूरी क्षमता ('विक्रान्तम्') का प्रदर्शन करें। यह श्लोक सीता की दूरदर्शिता और हनुमान की कूटनीतिक क्षमता पर उनके विश्वास को सिद्ध करता है।
