देवि हर्यृक्षसैन्यानामीश्वरः प्लवतां वरः ।
सुग्रीवः सत्त्वसम्पन्नस्तवार्थे कृतनिश्चयः ।

devi haryṛkṣasainyānāmīśvaraḥ plavatāṃ varaḥ |
sugrīvaḥ sattvasampannastavārthe kṛtaniścayaḥ ॥5-39-33॥
Translation
O Devi! The lord of the armies of monkeys and bears, the best of jumpers, Sugriva, who is endowed with strength/virtue, is determined for your sake.
हिंदी अनुवाद
हे देवी! वानरों और ऋक्षों की सेनाओं के स्वामी, छलांग लगाने वालों में श्रेष्ठ और महाबली सुग्रीव, आपके कार्य (उद्धार) के लिए दृढ़ निश्चय कर चुके हैं।
English Commentary
Hanuman begins his rebuttal to Sita's doubts by focusing on leadership. He introduces Sugriva not just as an ally, but as the "Ishvara" (Lord) of the armies and the "Plavatam varah" (best among leapers). Crucially, he states Sugriva is "kritanishchayah" (firmly resolved) for her cause. By establishing the competence and commitment of the commander-in-chief, Hanuman lays the foundation for trusting the army's capabilities.

हनुमान अब सुग्रीव का परिचय एक 'ईश्वर' (स्वामी/राजा) और 'प्लवतां वरः' (कूदने वालों में श्रेष्ठ) के रूप में कराते हैं। सीता को आश्वस्त करने के लिए वे कहते हैं कि सुग्रीव 'सत्त्वसम्पन्न' (बल और धैर्य से युक्त) हैं और सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात, वे 'कृतनिश्चयः' (संकल्प ले चुके) हैं। जब राजा स्वयं संकल्प ले लेता है, तो सेना और साधन अपने आप जुट जाते हैं।
